New from Hornet Products. Our solid white Teflon bolt buffer replaces the standard factory steel pin (Ruger Part #B-46) located at the rear of the receiver. Eliminates annoying bolt cycling noise during shooting when the bolt slams into the factory stop pin - also reduces impact stresses on the receiver. Easy installation, no special tools required. Drift-in from right side-to-left. Same S/H for multiple buffer orders.

Note: For rimfire 22 LR and high-velocity LR. Not for use with .17HM2 Mach2 or .17HMR or Ruger 10/22 Magnum. Lifetime warranty.

Specifications:
Working temp range is -20 deg F to 500 degrees F. and has the lowest coefficient of expansion of any solid. It is famous for no slip-stick characteristics; static and dynamic coefficients are equal. Nothing sticks with any strength to its surface.

Installation Instructions:

• Drift out the factory steel bolt stop pin from left-side to right.
• Lubricate the new buffer and ends with a light coat of grease.
• Insert new buffer from the right-to-left. You may need to flex the buffer in order to seat the buffer in the left receiver hole.
• Fit flush using a 1/4" diameter wood dowel or blunt metal punch.
